Freelance | July 2011 - Present | Graphic Designer

As a freelance designer, I provide a broad range of services to my clients: including poster and flyer design, email layouts, user interface design, user experiences and identity consultation and more in the King County Metro Area of Washington State. Clients to date include: Mercury Seattle, Nology Media, Prosodic, and The Washington Athletic Club.

 

Northrop Grumman | November 2009 - December 2011| Multimedia Designer

Worked as a team with software developers, eLearning developers and art directors to produce immersive, SCORM 2004 compliant eLearning experiences with Adobe Flash and Adobe Captivate. This included developing course-specific user interfaces as well as graphics. I designed user interfaces that were developed for deployment across the web, as well as on mobile phones and tablets such as the iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S. In addition, this position included handling print-related tasks, as well as developing web page designs using CSS, Flash, and (X)HTML.

Esparza Advertising | October 2009 - November 2009 | Graphic Designer

Worked with copywriters, designers and the senior art director on ad campaigns for several large clients including BMW, MINI, Presbyterian Healthcare, Santa Ana Star Casino and New Mexico AIDS Services.

EFG Creative | January 2009 - May 2009 | Graphic Designer

Designer focusing on the firm’s self-promotional and branding campaign as well as advertising campaigns for clients. Responsibilities also included meeting and interacting directly with clients, and managing consistency across web and print mediums.

SMPC Architects | October 2007 - January 2009 | Graphic Designer

Contributed to the rebranding of SMPC Architects as well as created a system that standardized the layout and appearance of proposals and other official documents.

New Mexico Internet Technology | June 2005 - October 2005 | Web Designer

Collaborated with programmers to produce highly functional websites, interactive PDFs, flash presentations and other media for the clients of the firm.
